Pamela Klavon is a trial lawyer who represents individuals and businesses in civil litigation matters. Ms. Klavon is a former state prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Virginia, where she handled numerous jury trials and specialized in prosecuting drug related crimes.
Ms. Klavon has 20 years of litigation experience, including 13 years as in-house trial counsel for Liberty Mutual, where she represented insureds, employers and carriers in high exposure litigation matters, including personal, agency and commercial market claims as well as workers compensation claims throughout Florida.
Her current practice focuses on litigation of business disputes involving contracts, business torts, labor and employment matters, workers compensation and general civil litigation. Ms. Klavon also represents attorneys in professional liability matters.
Ms. Klavon is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator (Circuit Civil) and mediates in the following areas: personal injury, premises liability, professional malpractice, contract disputes, employment law matters, workers compensation and general liability.
Ms. Klavon was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She enjoys college football and considers herself a semi-professional tailgater.
